Plans for building the narrow gauge steam engine Px48.
Building starts with good plans. Getting them is the first step necessary to building a quality model.
With good plans, you can build your model in paper, brass, styrene or any other material of your choice.
Building a Px48 is a complex task. There is a lot of detail to which you must pay attention.
We recommend the plan book below. It contains plans for a 1/25 paper model that you can resize to make a model in the material and scale of your choice.
The video below provides a review of that book.

Here are some pictures of a completed model.
You get a book of plans and information, including specifications, about the engine.
The plans offer modelers and collectors the opportunity to build a highly detailed, museum quality, replica of the original locomotive. The model can be made using 1 mm card stock, styrene, or brass. The basic instructions in the book focus on card stock construction. Just substitute the material of your choice.
The resulting model is a highly detailed 1 to 25 scale replica of the original engine.
